Before you commit.
If your question is not here, ask it in the form below — we answer honestly, even when the honest answer is "this is not for us".
How is the programme priced?
A fixed price for the whole programme, set after the first conversation and before any commitment, and it does not change during delivery. The price depends on the breadth of the market, the number of channels, and the size of the sales team we work with — not on the number of opportunities. Founding client participants get a founding rate that stays fixed for the engagement.
What if it does not work?
We review the numbers with you weekly from the first week, so you will not reach month three holding a surprise. If the indicators do not move, we change what we can change — targeting, message, channel, qualification bar — and we tell you plainly if the problem sits somewhere outside our scope, like the offer or the price. What we do not do is keep executing a plan we know is not working.
How much of our team's time does it take?
In the first month: roughly four to six hours in total for interviews and reviews. After that: one weekly meeting of about an hour, plus your sales team's time handling the opportunities that arrive. The programme is designed to add selling work to your week.
Do the assets really stay ours?
Yes, and it is written into the contract. Accounts are opened under your company and your domain from day one: email tooling, data, the CRM, and every document. At the end of the programme we hand over full administrative control. We do not keep a key.
Can we start mid-quarter?
Yes. The programme is not tied to a financial calendar. We start once three conditions are met: a sellable offer, someone who can lead a sales conversation, and the ability to make decisions inside the agreed week. We open a limited number of engagements at a time, because each one takes real hours from our side.
Do you work with competitors in the same sector?
We do not work with a direct competitor of an existing client in the same geographic market during the engagement. If a sector is taken, we say so and decline the project.
How is this different from hiring a business development person?
A hire starts from zero: they build their own lists, messages and system while you pay the salary, and if they leave, what they knew leaves with them. We build the system first and document it, then train whoever runs it. A hire becomes far more productive inside an existing system than spending their first months inventing one.
Do you need access to our data and accounts?
We need permissions on the tools we build for you — which are mostly new accounts in your company's name that we create together. We also need to review your past deal data for analysis. None of it is used outside your project, and any access can be revoked at your request at any time.
