Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact form: name, company, sector, phone number and email. A web server also receives an IP address, user agent and referrer. Campaign parameters in a URL, including utm_*, gclid and fbclid, remain in the browser session only.

Why we use it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This site runs no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies, and shares nothing with an ad network.

We use two tools, both only to measure performance: PostHog, to see which pages get read and the path a visitor takes to the form, and Vercel Analytics, for visit counts and page speed. Neither sets a cookie. A temporary id is held in the tab's sessionStorage, it disappears when the tab closes, and it does not follow you to other sites or across visits. We do not record the screen or the cursor, and we honour your browser's Do Not Track setting.

If we ever add a tool that needs cookies, we update this policy first and collect consent where the law requires it.

Processing and retention

Hosting is provided by Vercel and email providers process email. Form submissions are forwarded to an internal workflow system operated by Wsool. We retain information for as long as needed to reply and follow up, or to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion or object to processing. Email hello@wsool.ai to exercise these rights. Information may be transferred internationally according to where hosting or email providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

Children and changes

The site is not directed at children. We communicate changes by updating this page before they take effect.
